ON A SPRING SATURDAY, March 29, 2025, the clean Chevy bomb straight from the label of Cervezalandia’s newest release, Sipping Into Darkness, took its place among a row of lowriders outside King Cong Brewery. Following the annual César Chávez March from Southside Park to the State Capitol, the brewery buzzed with community, culture, and celebration — the perfect backdrop to unveil Sacramento’s newest craft brew.
